Ms. Chai

Ms. Chai moved to Brooklyn, NY from Hong Kong at the age of 5. She attended Brooklyn public schools and went on to receive her BA in Communication Disorders from SUNY Paltz, and her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from St. John's University. Her experiences as an ELL fueled her passion for her field and she decided to work for the DOE to give back to the community and provide support to students with language difficulties. In her free time, she enjoys binging television series, playing games, travelling, hanging out with her two cats Nori and Mika, and spending time with friends and family
