Ms Escobar Biography

Alicia Escobar is the Interim Acting Assistant Principal at UASLE. This is her tenth year as a member of the UASLE community, and she is so excited to be stepping up into our school building's leadership team after her four years as the Dean and Student Services Coordinator. After graduating from Syracuse University, Ms. Escobar started her teaching career at UASLE in 2012 as Special Education teacher in the high school ELA classes while completing her Master's Degree at Hunter College. She graduated from the College of St. Rose with her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership in 2020. She has enjoyed learning and growing as a school leader alongside her students, and is continuously inspired by the young people of UASLE and their own leadership
