Ms Lopez Biography
Ms. Lopez was born and raised in Brooklyn. She attended the University of Delaware receiving her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Wildlife Conservation with a minor in Biology. Soon after she moved to Athens, Georgia where she worked as a research technician studying wildlife diseases. Missing the city life, she returned to New York to work as a marine biology educator for a non-profit organization on the Hudson River before attending graduate school at Fordham University where she received a masters degree in Ecology. Ms. Lopez enjoyed her experience working with students of all ages and watching them learn about science in an urban setting.
